Defend Human Dignity!

Our contemplative sisters are very important members of the City of Charity Project! They dedicate their entire lives to prayer, silence, and sacrifice for the missions. Our sisters in Holland pray particularly for the Dignity of Man. We work so that each person may be respected and loved as they deserved! The testimony and the prayers of these sisters give us the strength to courageously do the good!

I can do it!

In the City of Charity, we have several homes for people with disabilities. In San Rafael, Argentina, we have a school where the residents of our houses and other people with disabilities can learn according to their needs and develop their skills. We have classes for cooking, sewing, embroidery, woodworking, and other manual crafts. In spite of many challenges, our residents learn to say, “I can do it!” This year… Leer más »I can do it!

Papua: Ice Cream for everyone!

to celebrate pope francis visit to our school in vanimo everyone got an ice cream all grades from high school to elementary school even the sisters and the teachers!

Elisabetta from Italy visited our home of mercy in Brazil. At this home, the sisters care for women with physical disabilities and mental illnesses. Many of the women come from families who are unable or unwilling to provide for their diverse needs, but in our home they find a secure environment and a loving family. Hiking Mt. Coropuna

In Chuquibamba, Peru our home for children hiked the tallest and largest volcano in Peru:  Nevado Coropuna, sitting at 6377 m/20922 ft. The base of the volcano is only about a half-hour drive from the home in Chuquibamba. To hike to the top from the base camp takes 2-3 days, but the views and short hikes around the volcano kept everyone enthused.
